Plan
Our rollout team incorporates all our support departments, including you, the customer. Projects begin with initial meetings to determine stages, expectations, and schedules. Clients are assigned a project manager as the customer point of contact. The plan will determine overall goals, necessary action items, timelines, budget, and satisfaction review landmarks.
Execution
Led by the project manager, the execution of the plan will include milestones such as arranging meetings, quoting, site survey analysis, landlord approvals, permits, order implementation, shipping schedules, coordinating installation, invoicing, and closeout documentation.
